We try our best to keep communication at a high level when it comes to orders and shipment tracking, but there are times that you might feel out of the loop on things. Clothes not fitting right? Were you sent the wrong color? Not interested in an exchange and you just flat-out want your money back? Not a problem! We know how stressful buying clothes can be, which is why we pride ourselves on the making your experience with SelfieStyler the most stress-free shopping experience possible!

As long as your garment(s) have NOT been worn and you are still within the 30 day return window, we will happily accept returns that are sent back in the exact same condition that they were sent to you in:) Simpy contact care@selfiestyler.com to initiate your return and we will email you a return shipping label (paid for by yours truly), affix it to the original box that your item(s) were shipped in, and drop it off at your local post office. Please allow up to two weeks after we receive your returned item(s) to see any refunds reflected on your credit card statement.

Let's say you were sent the wrong color or size on accident or maybe your purchase wasn't everything that you wanted it to be... not a problem! We'll fix it:)

We will happily exchange any item for a different size or color. Heck, we'll even give you credit on a return if you'd like to apply it to a new purchase that you wish you would've made to begin with! Simply email us at care@selfiestyler.com with your order number and the garment(s) that you wish to exchange along with your reasoning. As long as the item(s) have NOT been worn and you are still within the 30 day return window, we will happily exchange anything sent back in the exact same condition that they were sent to you in:) We will then email you a return shipping label (paid for by yours truly). You will need to affix the shipping label to the original box that your item(s) were shipped in, and drop it off at your local post office. Once we have received your item(s) we will immediately send back your exchanged item(s).

If you originally purchased several items and wish to return one, but exchange another, the same process applies. However, the returned item will be credited back to the credit card that you used to make your original purchase and the exchanged item will be sent back to you. Please allow up to two weeks for the return credit to reflect on your credit card statement once we have received your returned item.

Voila! You're done!
